Arranged for the seventh time - Turku CSCE has developed from a gettogether of a few dozens of sportscar enthusiasts into a major classic car event. 2003 - for the first time - there was a whole weekend of events: SLALOM Saturday 14.6.
10:00 - 14:00 hrs, hosted by Porsche Club Finland.
|
|
Like last year - the event was held in
Turku's
Harjattula Golf (and
Hotel)
. The featured marque of the year's event
was Aston Martin with six participating cars, five from Finland and one from
Sweden.
Car importers were showcasing their newest imports, including the brand new Mercedes CLK. The total number of participants, about 100, was somewhat limited due to the weather forecast.
The air was filled with relaxed violin sounds
of Vitaly Imerely and his jazz-band. Vitaly has become well-known for his
numerous appearances at the Pori Jazz main stage over the years, and by his
collaboration with various famous international stars.
